Cannot connect to server

i may just be completely blind, i've been up all night trying to sort this out.. but i'm stumped...

so here's my message to you!

Just a lil something i'm stuck with atm..

Before you start anything, if you have uTorrent (and some other torrent programs) running, you will NOT be able to connect to a local server of dekaron.

If that isn't the issue, does your dbmon give any hints to something failing?
Screenshot the start, and end of server booting up. (start being where it connects everything just before the dekaronserver.exe begins, end being after its fully startedd)

Also, i checked to see if utorrent or any torrent software was running, and i tried again while it was closed, but yet still nothing sir.

Try using your lan I.P.

1. Right click on ur connection
2. Click status.
3. Click Details.
4. IPv4 Address is your lan address.

My old router was tedious n wanted me to use my lan, but my new one doesn't care lol.
Could have something to do with networking settings on the router/modem itself, I'm not sure, it is just worth a try.

Sorry, issue still occurs, anyone know why this could be happening ?

Make sure you done the SN query.
Follow one of the PServer tutorials.
