hello, i have problem. i was opening my credit service and all worked well, but now paypal doesn't allow me to make any payment. anyone know how to fix this please? i already write 3 messeges to paypal support, but they doesn't answer me!! :( :( :(

Already did that all and all worked, after first 5 payments doesn't work anymore. it show me messege : "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."
Can someone of you test if you can send payment in paypal?
