Using Arcadia repack 1.3 with the 8.1 PH SFrame. Whenever I try to login with the client I get "Rappelz error-Cannot connect to login server". I have no clue what's going on. Help?

Update: I managed to login but some error occured and the window stayed behind the advert window and I couldn't see what it was but it locked Rappelz up.
