Greetings to all Hackers/members of elitepvpers :handsdown:

Recently i came across with a strange problem with my laptop that complicates my gaming experiences, actually it eliminated it.
It all began when i downloaded a torrent(I think). when i startup my laptop after a few seconds a window appeards that hides everything from my screen(i can only see them with the alt+tab)and says: "Your computer is locked until you provide a new product key. To get a new product key visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] page and fill in a quick survey. Once you complete your survey, you will download a file containing your unique product key". [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I tried to download the file but the survey is staying there even after i have completed the installation of virtual dj pro that tells me to do. So please someone with knowledge bypass the survey and give me the code or if it's a fake warning(scam)tell me how can i remove it....i cant even open task manager

First of all: This isn't a message from the official Microsoft. They don't lock any OS - not with such a pop-up in the beginning. Obviously fake because of the survey.

It is important right now, to search your PC for any Viruses or Malware. In this case it's a little bit complicated because it seems that you don't have access to your desktop.

Have you tried to login via "safe mode"?

If it's possible, your next step is to scan your PC for these things and delete them. After it's done, backup your data and it's recommended to format/reinstall your OS.

Good luck!

He doesnt' say that his OS is from a torrent.
It's a file that he downloaded before it came to the above-mentioned fault message.
