Rakion Problem Help Plz

i have downloaded the client and i install it and patch and i play the game but every time i close it and try to open it again i click lancher and i choose the game then lancher closed and download rakoin page pop up -.- i have to reinstall and do all patches again to play ?? any ideas :)
