[TSRO]Client problem

hello,i have a problem with the tsro client everytime im trying to use it i get an error or somthing that says: "Please execute the Silkroad.exe" so when im using a loader i also get this massage. (i have a working loader but he doesnt have the option to redirect ip).please help me i have no idea what to do.

make sure all sro_client.exe are closed, then try it. Also, don't execute sro_client manually unless it can.

also edxsilkroadloader is preferred
