Chars deleted help!!!

Hello Guys,

I have an Online server running up for all players, but when an player creates an character, after a few days the char i going to delete and when he logged in his account an dark character lvl 1 with an name lik "zttttzz" is on them... with dark chars the same that there a light chars lvl 1 with "rtzrtret" or so on on the account.. help me pls..

close your server, and solve all the bugs before u make it open again... work on this bugs whit a open server is impossible.. idk what have u do for get this error, but if your mentaly is to open a server full of bugs, u don't have my sympathy..

the bugs i have were bugs they come when the server is full with members, as the server was Empty and offline there wasnt this bugs :)

I try to say you what i think about.. if you don't find an exist thread about don't wait for help, but find alone a way for solve; it can be a hackering or you have some errors to database.
You can try to make running the game with that database in your private computer for see what happen, if not happen can be hackering, if happen is a database error.
for hacking database you need to work on secure side naturally; if is a database error the best way is to use a clean old backup where was all working or a new database and test it better before you launch again the game.
I can't think to other errors for this, i thinking that your log file are normal and haven't errors, otherwise the solution would there..

lmfao. your response was the funniest i heard in ages. sry considering that response, i see you didnt event give it a propper check. Considering what lordblubb mentioned it cant be an database error. Just use your brain and you will understand that. And just as side note there is no need to be rude from the beginning to a member that is just asking a question.
The Problem i suppose is that in the shaiya community are alot leeked account infos around and these beeing used to log into an account clean the chars for the items and afterwards deleate them to hide what was done.
This has nothing to do with a security issues for the admin. It is more a security issue for the players. So what you can do now. Easy tell all your players to get a new password they never used before.
And a propper security check for your OWN Database can never be wrong so i would do that aswell just to be 1000% sure there isnt anything that can be leeked from your own database.

I remember you teddybear94 that some days ago him problem was in the cash.sdata, and if he tryed to buy a item get dc and now he say that him server is Open.. so he had this problem from DC in a opened server, for this I have criticized.
Whether it was someone who had an open server that try to erase the data of players with their account, I consider it very plausible. What I did with my post was to encourage you to feel safe not to have continual errors on the server while the players play and to do tests to see what it might be.

he had me contacted through skype and it was indeed as i said some1 abusing account infos.
