[Problem] PSM_Server Install

Hi all, i want to do a new Shaiya Private server, but i can't, i install first Sql 2008 and i follow this guide


but don't word, i disintall it and i try with Sql 2005, and i follow this guide

And don't word too, when i go to Install the server file, PSM_Server and all, Open the CMD window, with this

and it's wrong, but i don't know why, can someone help me please??

the database create error is not a problem, use the database posted in the relase for make a ep4 server.
