Some guy i am trading with wants PSC,....how does it work? Do I need to go and collect it from a store?

You must go to a Store or you can use your Mobile also to buy a PSC "Pin Code" If you go to a Store where they sell PSC's you will get a little piece of paper and on the paper is a 16 Digit Code which you must enter in Steam or for whatever you want the PSC.
