Depends on what you have cheated, did you use the Clientlessbot there's not much hope but if you got banned for whatever i would suggest you to write a eMail or a Ticket to Nexon explaining why you hacked and why you want the Account back.

If you got caught during cheating, there is no way to unblock your acc.
