PayPal working bad

hello.. i have a problem, i didnt recived silks :( but i recive the e-mail confirmation dam.. if anyone could help me with some advice :confused:

lol if i make chargeback .. my cont will be block for ever :confused:

i would suggest to wait a bit if it won't help e-mail them and btw. don't chargeback

Well I was kinda suggesting you to tell paypal of the problem by calling them,and they will talk to joymax and unblock your account once the problem is solved;) I had that kind of problem.

just write am e-mail to the support with the transaction ID. they will check the charged ammount.
if you didn't recieve it, they will charge it manually.
