Looking for PS with a huge population

Hello guys,
since they shut down the eu servers, i´m looking for a good private server with a huge population and without reborns. It also should´n´t be too easy to lvl up and no high end equip for coins ( real money ).

yes but this will take some time ..... they said when they reopen it, we will get the latest content ( gladiator ) but this update is planed to be updated in 3-4 month.
