Except Lays and YitYit in the China Region; It seems that only the Koreans are good at reverse engineering, however very privatly.

Pig from 2ch is the only person I know that can RE in the Japan region. Along with anonymous members, whoever creates kirisame and such.

Very wrong. Chinese people are the best:D I gotta say chinese people SUCK at creating games but hell they are good at breaking them. Tho they pretty much only do it for profit and never show off.

And yiting and lays are not chinese. They live in taiwan.

I have yet to see Chinese modders out there other then the Giants botting at Fillia desert when I was playing in the Chinese Region, despite my inability to be able to speak Chinese. Of course, I could be playing in the wrong server.
