Archlord 2 Korean Server

Anyone knows How i can register at the webside.
The problem is that i have to signup my mobile-number.
I havent got a Korean mobile-number.




I hope anyone have an idea.

They will not let make you an account because to make account for archlord2 or any Korean game unless you're very good friend.
They required personal information such as Bank account information, Korean Social Security, Birth Certificate, School Certificate, Driving License, Legal Citizen Name(must match Korean Social), Personal home Phone Number(must match home address).
I am telling you guys this because I have one account from friend since 2010, It works, they send me coupons and discounts etc. on email. Believe or not it contains every single information that i listed above.
But one of my Korean friend told me that now they opened new policy for foreigners with some restriction to create account but not sure 100%
