Do BlackRogue files have exploits too or just vsro files?

every version of the silkroad files will have exploits, whether they are known or not, that's the only variable

Of course they do, there are no files without exploits.

They do but since more servers are hosted on vSRO files the vSRO exploits are public as well.. = attacks and shit
