tsro funny error!!!! pls help

on my brothers pc if he r in samarkand he get suddenly error but if i login on my pc it works normal then he tried with my cha to port samarkand then he get again error some1 can help pls ... btw he have vista

compatibility mode: Windows XP (SP2)?
Try to use that. and always run as admin.

its not really an error its crash sometimes there is nothing and sometimes the windows error where u can send it to windows

just incase i dont know.. if hes using a illegal program (Bot), this is why he is crashing... but i cant discuss anymore about it here.
