[HELP] Login problem

Hello people,

I made a server recently, everything fully working, but I have a problem at this moment.
I changed every .ini files, checked ports and everything possible to be done to put the right IP to make the server public, however it does not work to log in the client (with ports open, with IP changed on game.exe and with the IP placed in the right places, such as the .ini files, ect...)

Can anyone help?
If i need to post anything to make it easier, just let me know.

Apparently not.

You should make it on IP 127.0.0.1 if you wanna login locally. If you want it global, and you put your public IP in then you cannot connect, only computers in other networks can.

I tried, it was firewall blocking port 30.800.
