:D is possible edit velocity of light for 0CD?

should be the same as expb and every other item, so yes

if not, then this item/skill could be used as a modell for meds,expb and more to prevent people lowering its cooldown.
but im like 90% sure its possible

Velocity of light got a Serverside cooldown, idk if im wrong, never tested. ^^

i just remembered but im not sure dont you get a debuff, that doesnt allows you to use it again? so that another skill is buffing automatically after VOL finished?
if yes i guess no way to make it useable permanent. if its just item cooldown, then yes

Its possible to edit cooldown but from server to server it's different.

If that thing appears that is like a Buff on ur Char then u can't.(Example is Aeria)

But it's an item. So it's possible to edit the cooldown from items. It's like buffpotions (example: Scream of highlander on some server as buffpotions).

But then appears a buff called "Dunno" that u got for 30 Mins. In that time u can't use Velocity.^^

Its like i said, the velocity of light got a Server side cooldown.

As already said there is a debuff simultanously cast with the buff, so even if you change the original cooldown on the Velocity Item you will still be unable to use it since it should be hardcoded if that didn't change since EP1.
