Looking for a level boost in exchange of elo boost

Looking someone that can boost a level 1 account till 30 as a smurf account.(since I don't really trust someone that sells account even with registration email, because whenever I recover my account from a stealer, Riot asks me a bunch of questions even though I've answered them tons of times)

I can boost:
2 divisions in Bronze or Silver rank (that's €20)
1 division in Gold rank (that's €20)
half division in platinum rank.

Can boost Euw and Eune

you don't need update EUNE if you change server

just need to set English language ...
