{bang} error

While installing this on the computer at work git this funky error , I clicked ignore and it installed without the ndlauncher.exe and the ndlauncher2.exe , any good samaritans out there that can send me those files or perhaps explain what's wrong , I tried using the acclaim 9D .exe's but I failed misserably .

no nd2 launcer and cclaims dont work with viet
