Not enough posts to to post an image?

When I'm trying to post an image to my thread, it says:

"You are fairly new, please note that images in your posts will not be shown until you reach a certain number of posts."

How many posts do I need to have before I can show posts?

You need 50 posts for the images.

If I post here...will my number of posts grows?

He doesn't have enough posts to submit images yet but as you can tell by his post he obviously knows how to do so.
