PROB WITH ACCSERVER.EXE

when i click to accserver.exe..that will happen

like it says u dont have permision to use the file u need to check ur account settings in user accounts, will be best to make yourself a administrator, this will solve your problem.

Note:Control panel, user accounts. look in there

already set to admin..still cannot..

as for your problem make sure the firewall or antivirus isnt blocking it, possible will be, i know i had to unblock mine LMAO:)

Check your antivirus, it may be blocking the .exe you need.

1. You are using the same wallpaper i'm using from deviantart :P
2. Well, AVG and Malware bits, and you want to run account server >.<...
AVG gives false stuff about account server, you probably shutted it down.
but Malware bits deletes the file core(if you made the .exe a .txt you will find nothing in it)

AVG and Malware bits deleted the file, get rid of them and re-extract the files.

this is off topic but dynamite here the shell.dat u requested.

if you are administrator
then you need to be able to acces it

but it says that it denie's you to acces that location , so in first instance your not admin (or it says that you arent )

then the other thing that can block it is a virus scanner
and you can only get rid of that if you delete your virus scanner

if that isnt the problem eather because you dont have a virus scanner
then extract it to a other map because then your hd is probaly coruppted

if that doesnt works eather , then there is no solution left (then it is realy a unknown reason)
