VSRO Server problem

i keep getting this error. I have done everything. But still getting this error. Server will not start now keep getting check.

yes the answer is simple , that is a database connection failed error meaning that the certification is wrong or that you have the wrong SQL password in the config file , you just need to change it and you should be fine .
