i think your problem in Nation , anyway Change it in DB and regedit to US or try to login as follow link [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i already change my nation to US I'm talking about when the player get DC they get 5101 and they need to wait for the server to restart before they can login again...
