need tech producer

I know I shouldn't create this topic, but I can't find a tech producer anywhere :( Is there anyone working?

No there aren't any working anymore.
I'm working on a bunch of tools, so it's possible that there will be one in the next time :)

As far as I know pala by palavia can produce techs while collecting pala.
