Working Leveling Bots?

Hello. I have been a lurker of the forum for a while, so i figured i would make an account. I have been looking for an LoL leveling bot thats works efficiently. A Ref Bot wouldnt be too bad either. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. I know the chances of a good free bot arent very likely, but something cheap (under $10 by any chance) would be awesome.
