Hello, all.
We will be performing maintenance on FIFA 14 & FIFA Ultimate Team on Feb 21st, 2014 from 1am to 6am PST (9am to 2pm GMT).
Downtime: approx. 5hrs.
During this time the following will be unavailable:
• FIFA Ultimate Team, the Web App, EAS FC, and the Mobile companion app will be offline.
• All online service for FIFA 14 on Xbox 360 will be unavailable from 1am to 3am PT (9am-11am GMT).
• Online Team Play for FIFA 14 will be unavailable on all platforms.
During the maintenance we will be addressing the following issues:
• Team crests for users that are not your friends not appearing in the FUT Web App
• Players put into your Trade Pile and/or posted for auction appearing in your Generations squad on the Web App.
• Image of your friend’s shared FUT squad not appearing in the EAS FC News Feed
• Issues preventing users from advancing correctly in Online Seasons on FIFA 14 Mobile.
• DNF Multipliers will be reset to their maximum value for all FUT users. (More below)
DNF Multiplier Reset
Over the last few weeks we’ve experienced sporadic connectivity issues. This was especially true on Feb 6th and 7th when we noticed that a significant number of users received disconnects at the end of a FUT match. This caused DNF multipliers to decrease for some users. We have since rectified the issue but would like to thank you for your patience at that time. During this maintenance window, we will be resetting DNF multipliers for all FUT users to their maximum value.
FUT Trade Pile issues (PC/PS3/PS4) – Feb 19th & 20th
On Wed Feb 19th we recognized FUT Trade Pile issues such as auctions getting stuck and users not receiving coins after being outbid. These issues were caused by heavy traffic/volume pointed at our partners.
After assessing the issue, we’re currently working hard to identify and reimburse those affected but please understand that this could a number of days to fully rectify. Luckily, we’ll be able to automatically detect the affected users, so you won’t need to report your cases individually.
