Attack speed hack on 223 patch

damn ive been trying to work out on my atack speed hack on 223 patch...cant get it...like the blink address(xx,xx) + ,+ ...and 80 3f with 0 , 66 . . .. .its acting like speed hack but no damage....is speed hack still working on 223?????????? ..fly and blink do so
