[Help] Fix PS_ChatLog PLS!

Hello Guys,
Ive tested an nice thing i think, the custom GM/ADM Commands..
And now when i make ingame in normal chat or others.. aswell the code getpoint or so on i dont get this what i want.. it happend nothing!

I think the Chatlog is the Bad thing Because everything i say ingame WONT stand in the ChatLog database.. Can anyone help me to fix it?
