Making an item Bound (PP)

How do i make an item given be Bound? or PP?

ACTION_ITEM_ADD = 501, // increase goods.data=itemtype_id, param= " amount_limit ident gem1 gem2 magic1 magic2 magic3 data warghostexp gemtype availabletime ", param may abbreviate, all default values are 0 (expression revision)


and if i'm not mistaken the next value is for making it pp. so something like
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1

So basically
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
the 1 represents the item being pp?

I plugged in the numbers and it worked , thank you alot
