VPS Hosting

So I'm in the process of picking a vps to host a server on. If anyone knows of any good cheap companies to go with, discuss and help out. Here's what I'm currently thinking of.

Does this seem good enough for a Conquer Server, if not what would you suggest. Looking into the 30-40 dollar price range.

None. Host it yourself using a static address, No-ip address, or VPN. It's not worth the money when more than 9 out of 10 servers go down after a month.

Last time I was hosting on a friends linux rig, with a single core processor and 2GB ram, together with a webserver, node.js and a MySQL server. If your source is fairly optimized, you don`t need a large rig (at least for like ~100-200 players, which was my case. Although all of them were from the same country as me, so factor that in your calcs.).

Servers are in Germany, Nederlands or China (lol´d at the last myselfe)

I'm looking at either the 20 dollar or 40 dollar one. Should the 20 dollar one be enough for a server or should i go with 40?

I have a minecraft server with them. Haven't tried vps but I also have hosting with them and I'm pretty happy.
