[FIX] tcp_socket: can't assign requested address

fix - disable ipv6
1. ee /etc/rc.conf
2. comment out or delete ipv6_activate_all_interfaces="YES"
3. save rc.conf
4. reboot OR /etc/rc.d/netif restart

if used ipfw then configure ipfw.
for example =DD :
ipfw add ip allow from any to any
