Dynamic,Static IP and No-IP Program

I have Dynamic IP that mean when u do [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] it gives u ur dynamic ip and when u restart ur router it gives another ip so u cant make ur server on that

Anyone know how To use No-IP Program to make Static ip for the dynamic ip?

That will be nice so i can let most of ppl join my server :)

The best way to get a "static" ip is to use a DNS Name, for example when you type :
Google.com in your browser, it asks a DNS Server "Who is google.com" then it gives you an IP address ;)
It's easy to make a DNS Server on your own comp for a local network, but for internet you'll have to register on some DNS servers.
