I'm sure that I am not the only that visits Elitepvpers on his phone and/or tablet and gets annoyed by the fact that you have to keep zooming in to read the text or to press on links.
The web has come very far and supports many platforms and screen resolutions. Why doesn't Elitepvpers keep up with the time and create a mobile app or transform the website to a responsive website?!

I completely agree, but it might help to add a poll to your thread (to show how many people really agree with you on this issue). All it requires is a simple css change and a bit of JavaScript. It would make my job as a moderator so much easier when I'm not at home.

Our board supports tapatalk.

Use Tapatalk, it's completely free and supports nearly all mobile devices. Tapatalk does even tell you if you´ve been quoted.

iOS: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Android: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Windows Phone: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Or if you really want to browse elitepvpers via web:
Since elitepvpers is using vBulletin 3.8.8 following mobile theme could be implemented by the administration: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] don't know if it works or not, but it's a look worth. :D

Via the mobile browser will be the best solution for everyone though, that way (new/possible upcoming) members don't have to download anything and simply go to the forum.

I agree. Tapatalk is alright, but completely useless for moderating and some other epvp exclusive content. I could work on a scripted extension of the website layout using javascript that overrides the default theme... but I'm not sure how well that would work since you'd have to use Mobile Firefox to run the plugin that runs the script. A new theme for mobile devices would definitely be the best solution.

You would have to recreate the entire website just for mobile devices, since there is really a lot of custom stuff. And by the way, I could always moderate well using the app. All you'd have to do is to visit the website if you had to check the TBM or other custom functions. This tiny bit of laziness would lead to an extremely large programming effort only because your 400 kilobytes of traffic are too fancy for you to use for this filthy forum.

TLDR stop being lazy

You weren't even a real moderator. You cannot give infractions with tapatalk. You cannot view reports with tapatalk. Even normal moderation like that in tapatalk is pain in the ass compared to moderation at a normal browser with userscript support.

I don't see a reason for a complete mobile theme, though. Tapatalk is enough for the normal forum stuff and there should be a special app for moderation.

So you want 2 apps while 1 new theme or current theme modified to a responsive theme can resolve all ?

He probably wanted Quoord Systems (Creator of Tapatalk) to create such an app

but making a mobile theme on our own is:
- not easy
- time consuming to create
- Elitepvpers make their themes and add-ons (like the Elite*gold System) itself

btw. Tapatalk is a WAY lot better because it only load Textcontent instead of all images like the background

Tapatalk already exists, so no, I would just suggest creating one app for moderators.

Agree to it
