If I don't receive payment , you won't receive the items.
Bulk purchases get a reasonable discount which can be negotiated.
Not accepting Paypal since I've heard that buyers try to dispute their money back after receiving the items.

I will be selling the equipment for cps in game and then come back to sell the cps for money as it carries less risk for both buyer & seller.

You should really use paypal as WU offers no buyer protection.
If you're worried about disputes just get an email from their paypal address telling you which char to trade it to and on what server, then screenshot the trade. All the proof you need.

Thank you for your advice. However , virtual goods cannot be tracked and are intangible items which is not protected for both buyer or seller of virtual goods. So even if I provided proof that both parties have agreed to the terms and have completed the transaction smoothly. The buyer could dispute their money back easily as they mostly side with them , although in some cases a seller wins.

I don't want to take that risk.

You are right and wrong.
With my 6 years with paypal experiences.

"YOU CANNOT DISPUTE "Online Gaming Virtual Goods."
If people actually read Paypal terms and services agreement you WOULD KNOW WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DISPUTE!

You can't 'dispute' it, but you can walk out to your bank/cc and insta-reverse.

I think I'll be better off selling the gears for cps in game and then selling the cps for money. This way I can do small trades of like 500,1000 cps or higher depending on the circumstances.
