Hello, whenever I start the globalmanager it gives me that error.

Check your billing info... enter: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (Assuming you are using port 8080)
IF there's any errors in one of them re-extract IIS(billing) files.

Check the DB name from the Cert! There is a big glitch :P
