NEED MIDDLEMAN for LoL OCE server

Buying a RP card from a seller - need a middleman to vouch that card works.

On the OCE server - card is supposed to work on this region.

Paying with PAYPAL

How should the Middleman proof that the Code works?

Yeah but after the RP-Code is empty, you could take your money back or send it not or smth like that^^.... thats dificult
