A possible way to emulate purchasing system?

I came with the idea to develop a thing like this, the problem is I don't know where to start with. Is there anyone expert in this sector so I could learn this?

I think he is talking about cheating one way or another riots purchasing system, in order to obtain either rp in game or maybe to trick other people and take their money.

You have to know how the server communication works because you want to find a gap whitch you can use. Reading packets (you have to decrypt them) and injecting dll should make this possible.

Packet sniffing, but is illegal. So you are here wrong (epvp).
