I mean for the diacritic (ěščřřš,etc) if he want full language, he must patch full tcd..

Well, I guess he wanna use hungarian letters. I have some tcd files, you may try out them. Pay attention to md5 passwords, I don't remember which one, but I'm sure some of them are using md5 ;)
