You havn't add the Coulmn "Votepoints" in your ACCOUNT_TBL..
Go to Mssql Management Studio, and run this in your ACCOUNT_DBF:

Code:
ALTER TABLE ACCOUNT_TBL
ADD voteponits int NOT NULL 
CONSTRAINT vpts DEFAULT 0

I went Sql Studio and click New Query database and pasted ALTER TABLE ACCOUNT_TBL
ADD int not null voteponits
CONSTRAINT vpts default 0
* and Execut, bug continues :(
