About Appserver versions

Does it matter what version of appserver or navicat I'm using? Maybe that's why register pages don't work when I put it up. Anyone know?

Dude sorry if i call u biG n00b,but that is true.
#.Check the register.php page and config.php,be sure there are the corect database connection name,password and see if the ip is that your IP.
