The jump file is called 3000, just get the old jump file from an old Conquer client..

Need to change the clients c3 files. No real way to force people to use the old jumps though fyi.

change version.dat or config for autopatch. hybrid is 95% right. Because some people might use an launcher like coemu did...you need to edit the IP in .exe sometimes for that...
The reason why some people cant do that is they could compile .exe's or encrypt them and therefore most .exe editors cant open them after that....
