Because I even offered to go first if he trades in $10 increments for a total of $70 however he said he wanted to do $70 all at once or or no deal, with me going first. It takes an additional 2 minutes to do it $10 at a time.

Yeah he is a scammer. He is on other forums as well, He got me from a different forum. Have chat logs and screen shots to prove if needed.
