how can i make Program when i make some change in it and save it update all users have the Program ??

You need Webspace. Then you need to upload the Update on the Webspace and download it via the Updater. On every program start you can make an easy Httpwebrequest if the customers version is up2date.
Check youtube for good/better tutorials ;)

You need a webspace like bplaced.net.
Then you put a file on this server with the name "version.txt" or something.

Now, you can download this version.txt with your program and compare it with the versionsnumber of your tool (You can hardcode the versionnumber as string like Dim toolVersion as String = "1.0.0"
