I just saw the game today in what stage of development is the game at the moment and should I start playing it?

the game is pretty much complete already since it has foreign versions as well, however they are adding new regions in every 2-3 weeks.

Is this game now official open or only in beta? I am not uptodate. :3

it isn't beta anymore, as far as I know or it might be but whatever...

Its considered an "Open Beta". That means that content is still missing (Patchday 11th Feb.) but the majority of things is implemented and working fine.

I suggest you to choose sorcerer as sub because only it has the skill to remove negative effect (debuff).
You should go with pure SPD and half-half HP/DEF
