TQ motion numbering

Hi everyone, I am not very sure where I should post this
but I wanna know how TQ numbers their files
for example Mounts> they number it like 100, 101, ,110 ,111, 120
they numbers should depend on something right?

Also what if I wanted to add a folder into the game like mount>810(for JadeHare) > add folder named fly

That folder have files for flying motion alone and in 810 have the walking motion files.
