[Release]x1 exp monster.csv

hey ladies :)

2 months ago i was looking for the x1 monster.csv, but it was nearly impossible to find. most ppl used the monster.csv from silkbotters client, but it was not perfect.

the original dekaron client was a .pak file, but i unpacked it to a CSV-client and have the x1 original file now


important: there are some hacks (non-agro + speed) from the mobs in draco, norak_2 and crespo. i hope it doesnt matter lol
the original monster.csv could be useful if you want to open a server and want to make it REALLY x2000 and not copied.

hey man i took the file and i extracted it and it gived me the word !!! if i open now it will work or whats going on with it??? coz u now i need it so much plz tell me how it works
