Not Tested but why not (= . Run 1 client with the multiclient.exe, then execute LolLauncher.exe (not lol.launcher.exe cause of rads_kernel ) directly, change region and close it, run another client with the multiclient.exe.

Not tested on virtual machine, go to League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_launcher\releases\0.0.0. 198(your folder here)\deploy\

Delete LolLauncher.exe and RiotLauncher.exe and rename those files LoLLauncher.exe.bkup and RiotLauncher.dll.bkup (just delete "bkup" from its name)

I Run Multiexe.exe , search for lol.launcher.exe, Press Install Patch, Go to tab Launcher Options,Select the number of clients to run Press Launch Clients and wait...It open only one client. I have windows 7... Am i doing something wrong ?

No.
1. Verify that the patch is done going to the launcher folder (League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_launcher\releases\0.0.0. 198(can be different)\deploy\)) there u will found LolLauncher.exe.bkup and RiotLauncher.dll.bkup, if they aren't there install the patch manually.
2.Go to League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\ search for the first folder and rename it to 0.0.1.69

Manually patch download at the end of the reply:
League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_launcher\releases\0.0.0. 198(can be different)\deploy\ paste them inside this folder make sure u make a backup of the LolLauncher.exe and RiotLauncher.dll first.

it doesnt work i used your patch.rar it still doesn't work. it opens one client

Doesnt work for me and i cant close the Multilauncher manually, got to terminate it with Process Explorer..

Can you give the Source Code of this?
