I don't have a list, but you can use hex editor or decrypt the MagicType.DAT and have a look at yourself. No idea how it works for higher patches.

Of course they do. Guards have a skill, the main bosses in the game have skills. The tougher mobs have skills. Skills everywhere. Anyways, you can find the older skills on most of the skill id references in this section. The newer ones ... I actually have on my wiki. Boom: [Only registered and activated users can see links.
