Paysafecard question

Okay so I am in need of some information about the paysafecard.
I've tried Googlin' it but for some reason I'm not getting the answers I'm looking for.

I want to expand the payment options for my eloboosting company by accepting Paysafecards. The only thing that holds me back is the fact that when people trade me their code, they still have the possibility of using it for let's say League of Legends Riot Points (Ingame currency to buy heroes, skins, etc...) Is there some sort of way for me to make sure they don't use the code.

If I'd be recieving a code, the first thing I'd like to do is exchange the Paysafecard for balance on my Paypal.

You can't set a password on the code or something Else. You have to use the code or exchange the paysafecard after you received it.

Damn, that's stupid :S
So basicly you have to trust a customer on the fact that he won't use the code

All Vendors cash it out somewhere instantly. You simply can't trust everyone.

You can try to create a myPSC account. It's an official PSC account where you can cash in your Paysafecards and later send them to your bank account.
You will find more information about this with Google.
